We ship Australia-wide from our local warehouse. Orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days typically dispatch same day.

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it the whole way.

We currently ship to Australian addresses only. International shipping is coming soon.

Returns

Not happy? No stress. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items in original, unused condition with original packaging.

To start a return:

1. Email support@genretro.com.au with your order number and reason
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with a return label
3. Drop it off at any Australia Post outlet
4. Refund hits your account within 3–5 business days of us receiving the item

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return required, no questions asked.

Faulty Products

All products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something stops working the way it should, email us and we'll make it right.
